Come si legge dal suo sito ufficiale, Avril Ramona Lavigne nasce in Ontario, Canada nel 1984. Ha già pubblicato 3 album, l’ultimo dei quali si intitola The best damn thing e da cui è estratto questo singolo in heavy rotation sulle maggiori emittenti televisive musicali.
